Wayside Chapel seeks to guide every member into a smaller, deeper community within our greater community as a local church body. We believe that authentic and meaningful relationships within the context of these smaller communities leads to spiritual change so we can all grow to know and be more like Jesus while helping others do the same. Our Equipping Classes are designed to help provide practical tools to help you live out your life relationally & financially with a biblical perspective.
FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY
Sundays | 9:15 am | Fall & Spring ClassesDo you want to get control of your finances, learn proven budget techniques, get out of debt, and be able to give generously? Join us each semester for this foundational class that uses video-teaching from Dave Ramsey and group discussion to help you gain practical tools to strengthen your finances. Registration is required.
MERGE: PREMARITAL CLASS
Sundays | 11 am | Fall & Spring ClassesAre you engaged or in a serious relationship and considering marriage? This class is designed just for you! Join with other couples to discover God’s plan and the practical tools needed for a healthy, life-long marriage.

RE|ENGAGE: MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT CLASS
Sundays | Fall & Spring ClassesThis class examines God’s design for marriage and applies principles from the Bible to guide couples towards growth in their relationship with each other. Whether you are struggling, your marriage is broken, or you simply want to grow closer together, re|engage is a safe place for couples to reconnect. Registration is required. Steven is originally from the Philippines and migrated to southern California with his family at a young age.  A few years later, he moved to central Texas and spent most of his life growing up there. Steven graduated with a BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University where he met and married his wife, Holly. They spent the next decade in the Dallas/Plano area where Steven received his ThM in Systematic Theology and Intercultural Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. Steven and Holly have two boys who they treasure deeply: Theodore and Miles. Steven loves hanging out with Holly and the boys, reading, trying out new foods, learning new things, and the Lakers (please forgive him).
