Ready to bring the heat? Grab your favorite chili recipe and join the 2nd Annual Men’s Chili Cookoff Competition! Individual cooks are welcome, but Adult Sunday Studies, Life Groups, and ministry teams are encouraged to team up and compete for the Golden Crockpot and Team Champion awards. It’s a great opportunity to show off your chili-making skills, enjoy some friendly competition, and build community with other men at Wayside. Bring a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member and make a day of it—because everything tastes better when you share it with good company!
Fellowship & Lunch (11 AM –1 PM)
Not cooking? You’re still part of the competition! Come hungry and join us for a day of great chili, fellowship, and fun. Sample the entries, connect with other men at Wayside, learn more about upcoming Men’s Ministry opportunities, and help choose the People’s Favorite Award—your vote could be the one that crowns the champion! Whether you come with your Sunday Study, Life Group, ministry team, or just bring a friend, there’s a seat at the table (and plenty of chili to taste).The event wraps up at 1 PM.
