Miguel and Ilaria joined East-West in 2019. Miguel has devoted the last 20 years to people development, mentoring leaders and coaching entrepreneurs. At the same time, he has been a part of church planting teams in Mexico, the US, and in Spain. His passion is to train disciples who make other disciples and transform society with the gospel. Him and his wife Ilaria live in the heart of Madrid and serve in the leadership team of an urban church plant in Madrid. Miguel serves on the leadership team of M4 Spain, equipping and deploying dozens of church planters in the region. He is also the church planter coaching leader for M4 Europe.
