Jesus called Judas “friend” in the midst of this final act of betrayal. What do you imagine Jesus must have felt as his friend and disciple treacherously betrayed him with a kiss? Though we are not Judas, certainly we betray Jesus in those moments when we call him Lord, yet willingly choose sin. What are those moments for you? Confess those to the Lord and commit to turning away from them this Easter season.
