The safety of our Wayside family is of highest importance and if you have been sick or in contact with someone sick, we respectfully request that you worship with us online.
- worship services -
We will no longer require anyone attending or volunteering with our ministries to wear a mask while on campus. Masks can be worn based upon personal preferences.
- As much as we would like to give hugs and shake hands, due to our greater desire to maintain the health and safety of our Wayside family, we will not have these times of greeting until further notice.
- We will observe communion each month and will have individually, pre-packaged elements for those participating.
- We have added wall-mounted offering boxes as well as the available online giving options, so we will not be passing the offering plates during the service
- Our campuses are constantly being cleaned, and we will sanitize the seats and wipe down surfaces and doors between services each Sunday and after the services and other campus classes and gatherings.
- Hand sanitizers can be found in strategic locations throughout our campuses and can be used by everyone at any time.
- Please remember to frequently wash your hands, and if you or anyone in your family is not feeling well, please stay home.
We will have sections in our Worship Center at both campuses with socially-distanced seating for those preferring to have more space between individuals. The rest of our Worship Centers will be regular seating without any social distancing in place.
- For those preferring to sit with social distancing in place, we will seat you in that area of our Worship Center as you arrive on alternating rows (filling in from the front to the back), and we will make sure seats are filled so that you do not have to step over or by someone already seated. Families with children will be seated on aisles.
- We will sanitize the Worship Center and used classrooms between services so they are clean before the next group enters.
While we greatly desire to worship together with each of you, the safety of our entire Wayside family is of paramount importance. We also wish to respect the desires of each individual and family in choosing whether to join us in person or remain worshiping online.
If you or someone in your family has had a fever, cough, traveled, or been asked to quarantine by a medical or government official in the last 14 days, we appreciate your willingness to stay home and help protect others.
We will continue to offer a Livestream of both services through our website,YouTube, and Facebook.
