Backpack Drive

We are so excited to launch a Backpack Drive in partnership with One Way International’s Kids Club, an after-school program at Colonial Hills Elementary!
We believe that this drive is a reflection of God’s love and provision, as the community comes together to serve others and share His blessings with the next generation. This Drive helps to ensure that students in need at Colonial Hills, along with their siblings, start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. Supported by generous donors, the drive collects new backpacks filled with essential school supplies such as notebooks, pencils, crayons, folders, and more. Each item is carefully chosen to match grade-level needs, helping ease the financial burden for families and boosting students’ confidence as they return to class. Through prayer, generosity, and compassion, the Backpack Drive becomes a tangible expression of God’s care for every child. Wayside’s goal is to provide 76 backpacks! We encourage you to partner with your family or friends to build up a backpack & drop it off in the Foyer through Sunday, July 27.
