Meet our Men's Ministry Staff
Currently Wayside is seeking to fill the position of Men's Ministry Director.
Hi! I am the pastor overseeing the Men’s ministry. My life has included stints working on a ranch, waiting tables, making cabinets, painting and remodeling.
Ministry experience includes volunteering with Young Life as a leader, three years as a 
youth pastor and my current position at Wayside that began in 1992. I am a gadget junkie. This has included the quest for the perfect flashlight. I know enough about photography to be dangerous and every once in a while I come out with a pretty cool picture. I tend to be a what you see, is what you get kind of guy.
I value real relationships where you feel like you don’t have to be a poser. My desire is that our men’s ministry is a place to bring all of your junk and get some help figuring out how God can help you get to a better place. - Pastor John Ford
Hey Everyone! I am the admin. assistant for Men's Ministry. I also work with Women's Ministry so this does give me somewhat of an identity crisis!
I have been with Wayside since December 2003. I am involved in Bible Study Fellowship and various other ministries. I am addicted to laughter and spicy food or just food in general. 
Outside of church, I pretend to know how to road bike, swimming should be a priority for all fitness, and of course eating spicy food with my friends. - Barbara Ramirez
